Twitter Blue service has shown up on app stores. Could the social media giant be getting ready to launch a subscriptions service in the coming days?

App stores list the paid-for service, but none of its features are available as yet.

The app’s price is £2.49 in the UK and $2.99 in the US, according to the BBC. Some media reports claimed that the Twitter Blue service could allow users to undo their tweets, but there has been no confirmation of this from the company.

There are also no details available as yet, about the countries the service will launch in.

There have been news reports about a subscription service for a few years at Twitter to boost revenue.

Jane Manchun Wong works on revealing features of new apps on the internet. She claims to be the first subscriber of the new service and has published some of the latest information on her Twitter feed. (@wongmjane). She said that the service allows users to put in colourful themes and icons.
